This month the children will further develop their Social Responsibility skills learning strategies that will help them peacefully solve conflicts.  We want to be friendly, welcoming, and kind.   We want to learn to listen to another point of view. We will discuss the meaning of Remembrance Day  and the symbol of the poppy.  We will make a classroom wreath filled with doves and poppies.  A school wide assembly will be held on November 10 to remember those  who fought and served to protect our freedom.
